Terms and conditions

  1. Cancellation policy: All Cancellations must be made by 5pm the day before your booking.

  2. Late cancellation fee of 50% booked service will apply to clients that fail to cancel by 5pm the day prior, unless in exceptional circumstances.

  3. No shows on the day will incur 100% of the booked service. 

  4. To ensure that we offer your pet the best possible care, a current vaccination certificate must be produced for each pet on admission. A current vaccination certificate showing that the vaccination was done within the preceding 12 months and that the due date for the next vaccination has not been passed.  

  5. Vaccinations MUST be given a minimum of two weeks (14 days) prior to overnight stays, to ensure full immunisation is guaranteed before entry to the Woofs of Ball St. We recommend that you check all vaccinations are up to date as stated above as soon as possible to avoid any issues prior. 

  6. Our drop off times are 6:30am-9:30 am and 4:00pm-6:30pm pick up strictly as this allows us to settle all dogs in for the day and timely collection. Late pick up fees apply at our discretion. 

  7. If your dog is staying overnight these hours still apply. If you are able to pick up your dog  in  the morning slot you will not incur any further fees. 

    If you are unable to make the morning slot for pick up times we are able to extend pick up from 4:00-6:30pm.

    (Please note if you choose to pick up your dog in the afternoon slot as mentioned above you will incur our daycare rate charge as your dog has stayed for the duration of our daycare hours. 

    You will not be charged an overnight fee on the day of pick up.

  8. Overnight stays require a 40% booking confirmation fee of your pet’s total stay is required upon making a booking. Your pet’s stay cannot be confirmed until the booking confirmation fee is paid. 

  9. Daycare bookings must be paid in full on the day before check in.

  10. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that the prices we provide are an estimate of your booking and that there may be a price rise before your booking comes around. 

  11. We require that all pets are covered with flea and tick (including paralysis tick) prevention for the duration of their stay. If your pet is staying longer than the covered period, please bring along another treatment so that we can reapply it on the appropriate day - no costs will be incurred for application.

  12. Please advise staff on arrival of any behavioural or health conditions of your dog on check in. This allows staff to be able to monitor and update you throughout your pets stay with us. 

  13. Should your pet need vet treatment during your pet’s stay we will:

    • Try to contact you on the contact numbers that you have left

    • In the event that we are unable to reach you we will in act in the best interest of your pet in consultation with Vet medical advice.

    • All vet bills will be required to be paid by the pet’s owner.
